Treadmill - 2.5 minutes

Core

3 sets of the following exercises:

Plank Jacks—10-15 repetitions
Mountain Climbers—50 repetitions
Toe Touches—10 repetitions
Medicine Ball Lunge with Twist—10 repetitions

Cardiovascular

Treadmill Run/Walk - 2 miles
Stationary/Spin Bike - 30 minutes (70-75% max heart rate)
