Abdominal

3 sets of the following exercises:

Plank-ups—15 repetitions
Medicine ball slams—15 repetitions
Pulse Ups—15 repetitions
Leg Lowers—15 repetitions

Cardiovascular

Treadmill - 3 mile run/walk
Mile 1 - 75% max heart rate
Mile 2 - 50% max heart rate
Mile 3 - 80% max heart rate
