Stationary Bike - 5 minutes

Core

3 sets of the following exercises:

Planks—30-seconds
Shoulder Taps—30 repetitions
Superman—20 repetitions
Bicycle Crunches—30 repetitions
Leg Raise—10 repetitions

Cardiovascular

Rower - 2 sets of 500M intervals
Treadmill - 2 sets of .5 mile intervals
(Take a 1-minute rest between each set.)
