Core

3 sets of the following exercises:

Planks—30-seconds
Shoulder Taps—30 repetitions
Superman—20 repetitions
Flutter Kicks—30 repetitions
Leg Raise—10 repetitions

Cardiovascular

Complete 4 rounds of the following. Take a 1-minute rest between each round.
Rowing - 500M
Treadmill - 400M (.25 mile)
