Shoulder Taps—30 repetitions
Superman—20 repetitions
Flutter Kicks—30 repetitions
Leg Raise—10 repetitions

 

Cardiovascular

Stationary Bicycle - 10 minutes
Treadmill - 10 minutes
Stairmaster / StepMill - 10 minutes
