Circuit

Complete the following sets in the circuit (Rest for 90 seconds in between each set):

Set 1:
Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead - 10 reps

Set 2:
Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead - 10 reps
Rower - 250M

Set 3:
Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead - 10 reps
Rower - 250M
Glute Bridges - 20 reps

Set 4:
Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead - 10 reps
Rower - 250M
Glute Bridges - 20 reps
Dumbbell Lunges - 20 each leg

Set 5:
Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead - 10 reps
Rower - 250M
Glute Bridges - 20 reps
Dumbbell Lunges - 20 each leg
Plank - Hold as long as possible!
