Warm-up

Rowing - 5 minutes

Circuit

Perform 2 of the following exercises once every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
(For example, start the clock and and perform two exercises of your choice. Rest when finished. When the clock hits 1 minute, repeat with 2 more exercises - can be the same or varied - and rest when done. Repeat when the clock hits 2 minutes and each minute forward.)

Medicine Ball Slams - 8 reps
Burpees - 3 reps
Push-ups - 5 reps
