Strength

Barbell Back Squat—5 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions
Leg Extensions—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Leg Curls—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Body Weight Lunges—3 sets of 10 repetitions each leg

 

Circuit

5 Rounds of the following exercises:

Box Jumps or Step Ups - 10 reps
Rower - 2 minutes
