Stairmaster - 5 minutes

Strength

Lat Pull-downs—3 sets of 8 repetitions
Dumbbell Rows—3 sets of 8 repetitions
Barbell Bent-over Rows—3 sets of 8 repetitions
Inverted Rows —3 sets of 5 repetitions

Circuit

Complete the following circuit as many times as possible in 12 minutes:

Pull-ups - 5 reps
Russian Twists - 10 reps
Push-ups - 10 reps
Medicine Ball Side Slams - 10 reps
Body Squats - 15 reps
Shoulder Taps - 10 reps (each side)
