Warm-up

Stairmaster - 5 minutes

Strength

Barbell Deadlift—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Lat Pulldown—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Barbell Curls—2 sets of 10 repetitions

Circuit

Perform each set of the following exercises for 5 minutes (Rest 1 minute in between each set):

Set 1 (5 minutes):
Rower

Set 2 (5 minutes):
Pull-ups - 5 reps
Inverted Rows - 10 reps

Set 3 (5 minutes):
Burpees - 5 reps
Kettlebell Deadlifts - 10 reps

Set 4 (5 minutes):
Dumbbell Press - 5 reps
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 10 reps
