Strength

Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 10 repetitions
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—2 sets of 10 repetitions

 

Circuit

Repeat the following exercises for 10 minutes:

5 Push-ups
10 Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks
15 Supermans
