Warm-up

Treadmill - 2.5 minutes
Rower - 2.5 minutes

Strength

Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Dumbbell Chest Flies—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—1 set of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Cardio

Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises:

Rower - 250m (Max Heart Rate)
Treadmill - .25 mile (Max Heart Rate)
- Rest 1 minute after each round
