Dumbbell Single Arm Rows—3 sets of 5 repetitions
Barbell Bent-over Rows—3 sets of 5 repetitions
Pull-ups—3 sets of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Circuit

Medicine Ball Slams - 30 reps
Rower - 1000M
Medicine Ball Slams - 20 reps
Rower - 500M
Medicine Ball Slams - 10 reps
Rower - 250M
