Strength

Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 10 repetitions
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—2 sets of 10 repetitions

Circuit

Complete 8 rounds of the following circuit:

Push-ups - 12 reps
Pull-ups - 6 reps
Medicine Ball Slams - 12 reps
Burpees - 6 reps
