Standing Barbell Shoulder Press—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—2 sets of 10 repetitions

Circuit

Treadmill - 1.5 mile
Push-ups—AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Sit-ups—AMRAP
