Strength

Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Cable Chest Flies—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—1 set of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Cardio

Treadmill - 2 mile run/walk
