Dynamic Leg Swings - 3 sets of 30 sec each leg (Front / Rear / Side)

Dynamic Arm Circles - 3 sets of 30 sec each arm (Forward / Backward)

Circuit (25 min)

Kettlebell Single Arm Push Press - 45 sec

Kettlebell Swing - 45 sec

Box Jumps - 45 sec

Bench/Box Dips - 45 sec

Mountain Climbers - 45 sec

Jump Rope - 45 sec

Cool Down

Standing Hamsting Stretch - 2 sets of 15 sec (1 each leg)

Static Toe Touches - 2 sets of 15 sec

Behind the Back Clasp - 2 sets of 15 sec

Cobra Pose - 2 sets of 15 sec
